Insulation
Duct Board
Duct board is used to fabricate ducts for commercial and residential construction when superior performance is required for more demanding applications. Its airstream surface features a black glass mat coated with coating that is durable, provides improved water repellency, enhanced clean-ability and added product protection against microbial growth. Duct board provides superior acoustical performance, a higher velocity rating and is easy to fabricate for faster installation. Contributes to a healthier, more comfortable indoor environment and promotes consistent temperatures for less wasted energy.
Duct Wrap
Our strong and resilient blanket duct wrap delivers significant benefits when used in air handling systems. The thermal efficiency of duct wrap reduces unwanted heat loss or gain from equipment and ductwork, resulting in efficient system performance and energy savings. It also promotes uniform delivery of conditioned air at designated temperatures. This improved system will translate into lower energy usage and environmental benefits through reduced emissions. Our fiberglass duct wrap is easy to install and can virtually eliminate condensation on cold duct surfaces.

- Available thicknesses: 3/8" ( R2), 1/2" ( R3), 3/4" ( R5), 1"
- Flexible, closed-cell elastomeric tube insulation product used to conserve energy and prevent condensation on piping applications. The product's closed-cell structure creates exceptional thermal properties.
Widely used in the HVAC/R and plumbing markets for its cold weather flexibility, durable skin surface, exacting manufacturing tolerances and lasting performance. It is available in 6’ lengths in a range of wall thicknesses ranging from 3/8" to 2” and is 25/50-rated, according to ASTM E-84 standards for surface burning characteristics of building materials, up to 2" wall thickness.
These rubber pipe insulation products are non-porous, non-fibrous and resist mold, fungal and bacterial growth. For added protection, they are protected with an EPA-approved antimicrobial agent.
Rubber Pipe Insulation is also called Hydronic Pipe Insulation in different specs and was commonly referred to as Rubatex.
